Process to Start Operations
Free Consultation & Contract
We will assess the revenue potential of your current property or a property you plan to purchase and propose an operation plan based on local regulations and ordinances.
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we proceed to sign the contract.
Design Planning & Interior Selection
After the operation plan is finalized, we can create architectural drawings, provide interior design planning, and coordinate the overall concept and aesthetics.
Bank Financing
If necessary, we assist with bank loan preparation.
For hotel, ryokan, or vacation rental businesses, lenders evaluate the project’s business viability — therefore, a detailed business plan and a proven management track record are essential.
Construction & Interior Setup
Depending on the scale of the property, we carry out renovations and interior installations to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

5. Business License Application
We prepare and submit all necessary applications based on regional ordinances, including Hotel/Ryokan licenses, the Private Lodging (Minpaku) Act, and Special Zone Minpaku permits.
We also ensure full compliance with the Building Standards Act and Fire Service Act.
6. Start of Operations
